All Internet users can read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the website www.https://alfi-turbo.com/gb/hybrid-turbo-turbo-new-turbo-exchange (hereinafter the "site"). As these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to change, the conditions applicable are those in force on the site on the date your order is placed.

Article 2 - Contract

2.1 Conditions for place an order

Article 3 - Prices, availability and delivery

The prices shown on the site are in euros, including all French taxes, but excluding delivery charges, the cost of processing your order and the cost of any other charges dPackaging cadeaux.Nous we can accept your orders subject to available supplier stocks. How to order :All orders are binding and définitif. Ordering parts from Alfi-turbo.com can only be made after payment of the documents.

Delivery :The dThe deadlines we always endeavour to meet are given as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed dExceed 30 days in accordance with the law. No compensation can be claimed if an item cannot be delivered:- either as a result of dIn the event that the terms of payment stipulated on our order have not been observed by the purchaser;- in the event that the information necessary for the execution of the order has not reached us in good time;- if the delay or non-execution of the order is due to a strike, dAccident, dFire or natural disaster, dInability to obtain supplies or any other cause beyond our control. In the case of free postage promotions, the cost of returning parts in standard exchange remains at the customer's expense.

We recommend dTo make reservations on the delivery note if the parcel arrives dDamaged, or if you do not check that the contents are in good condition.
(i) In the event of dUnavailability in the dWe reserve the right to offer you a replacement item in the event of a delay dQuality and dAn equivalent price.(ii) In the event of dIf an item is permanently unavailable and we cannot provide you with an item of equivalent quality and price, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Turbo standard exchangeAll our standard exchange turbos sold with a deposit must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the part, for for example, if you receive a turbo on the 7th of the month, it must be resent by the 21st of the same month at the latest, otherwise no deposit can be claimed or refunded.

We will not refund the deposit if:

-The broken turbo made by human hands and not dMechanical breakage (cut or dislocated stud, etc.)...)

-The turbos that have been dOr there are parts missing.

-Cracked cast iron

-Breakage due to transport or poor packaging protection.

Please note that if you do not return your deposit, the 24-month guarantee is automatically cancelled, and is reduced to 6 months in accordance with the law.

Hybrid Turbo :Our Hybrid turbos can be manufactured on a generic new basis or on a basis of dOriginal reconditioned. When you want to return your turbo, it will be used for upgrading if its condition permits.

Please note: All hybrid turbos are made-to-measure products. Once they have been prepared, orders cannot be retracted.

Article 4: Customs duties

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. Any customs duties and taxes relating to delivery dYou are responsible for any damage to the item. We are not obliged to check and inform You of the customs duties and taxes applicable. For to find out more about them, We advise You to contact the competent authorities in your country.

Article 5: Payment

You can pay by credit card or cheque.Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards.Payment by cheque is only possible if for cheques in euros drawn on a bank domiciled in France or Monaco. If payment is made by cheque, the cheque will be cashed on receipt.Cheques should be made payable to ALFI Turbo ,and sent to the address below:

Article 6: Returns

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you can dA d14-day cooling-off period from receipt of your products for exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty. Returns must be made in their original condition dComplete with original packaging, accessories and instructions. You are responsible for. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. You are responsible for return postage costs. In case of dIf you exercise your right of withdrawal, the company ALFI-ALFITurbo will reimburse the sums paid, within a reasonable period of time dWithin 14 days of notification of your request, using the same method of payment you used to place the order. If the parts have been shipped, the shipping costs will be automatically dThe refund will be deducted from the purchase price, plus a €10 restocking fee .

After the dNo goods may be returned to us without our prior written consent and instructions for re-shipment. Goods may only be returned in the following ways for new goods in their original condition and packaging dOriginally, it has not been dNo dDamage caused by the customer, his agents or third parties. 6.1 Return in case of dError

Return insurance allows you to dTo ask for a return delivery note for the return of your part. The request for a returns form must be made (by e-mail or telephone) within 48 hours of receipt of the order. (excluding the following countries North/Central/South America, New Caledonia, Australia).

6.2Serenity Pack

We will exchange or recondition your turbo in the event of breakage caused by an external factor, for a period of 2 years from the date dPurchase. A report dYou will be sent a full report to help you pinpoint the cause of the fault. Return postage costs are payable by the customer. This pack is nominative and cannot be transferred if the vehicle is sold.

The warranty does not cover the turbine casing (exhaust section) as a whole.

6.3 Return insurance and Serenity Pack :

Return insurance and the Serenity Pack are valid only for for the product with which they are associated when the order is placed.

If several products are purchased in the same order and only one option (return insurance or Serenity Pack) is selected, it will automatically be attached to the first product shown on the invoice.

Other items will not be covered by this option, unless a specific Serenity Pack or insurance policy is added for each dThem.

Article 7: Retention of title

The goods delivered will remain our property until they are dispatched when they are handed over to the carrier, once You have paid the price.

Article 8: Guarantees and liability

You benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects. All our products are guaranteed for 2 years (with the exception of new turbos, which are guaranteed for 2 years), excluding labour dCosts of work dYou may be required to pay the cost of expert appraisals or repairs.During this period, we guarantee dWe guarantee the correct functioning of our parts, as long as they are used in accordance with their intended purpose dThis includes the use and maintenance required to ensure that parts function properly (e.g. timely servicing, adjustment, etc.) dThis is the vehicle's original manufacturer's unmodified version,...)
These dWhich are dThe maximum time limits may not be extended under any circumstances. Interventions under the guarantee do not extend the duration of the guarantee beyond its term.

From 1st DIn December 2019, the turbos will be exchanged for standard turbos Cartridge are guaranteed for 2 years.

For cover under accepted guarantees, assembly and installation costs dALFI will not be held responsible for any dismantling costs Turbo .

For after-sales service requests, if the product expertise dShows no dIn the absence of a hidden defect, the product will be returned to the customer after notification of the results dExpertise. Expenses dAs customers are responsible for their own shipping costs, we will offer them a return service at the current rate.

For turbo repair requests: if the customer refuses the quotation, the product will be returned to the customer. Expenses dAs shipping is at the customer's expense, we will offer customers a return service charged at the current rate.

If there is no fault with the product, the customer will be billed for the cost of testing the product (e.g. flat-rate test bench, etc.) for turbos).

After two months of notification, if the product is not collected by the customer, it will be considered as having been acquired by ALFI Turbo .

Nevertheless, any parts broken under the warranty will be supplied by us; replacement will be carried out by the customer or third party.

Please note that if you do not return your deposit, the 2-year guarantee is automatically cancelled, and is reduced to 6 months on theproductsReconditioned since the Hamon law came into force

We undertake to provide all the care customary in the profession for implementing the service offered to the customer. All parts and products must be fitted by a qualified automotive professional in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's standards and recommendations.
Any guarantee will be considered null and void in the event of non-compliance with it. You will be asked to provide all supporting documents (assembly invoice, etc.)..). In the event of a guarantee claim, you have dA d3-day deadline for send us the invoice dOf the assembly, once this dAny application received after the deadline will be considered invalid.

However, we cannot be held liable for any breach of our contractual obligations resulting from dA fortuitous event or dForce majeure such as dEfined by the case law of the French courts.

From 8 April 2024 performance parts, hybrid Turbo and Cartridge hybrids are no longer "Guaranteed. These are intended for abnormal use of the vehicle and cannot be covered by a legal warranty. However, the Serenity Pack remains in force for protect you in the event of breakage.

Article 9:

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and performance of these general terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by French law.

À dFailing amicable resolution, the dispute will be referred to the Tours Commercial Court. (art.48 of the Code of Civil Procedure)
