Terms and Conditions of the Contest

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by ALFI TURBO.

2. Contest Period

The draw takes place every three months.

3. Participation Conditions

  • For the contest to be valid, a minimum of 100 participants is required.

  • Anyone who has left a review on Google, Trustpilot, or any other evaluation site designated by the organizer is eligible to participate in the contest.

  • Each review left on these two platforms entitles the participant to one entry into the draw.

4. How to Participate

  • Leave a review on the two specified platforms (Google, Trustpilot).

  • The review must be related to an order placed with ALFI TURBO.

  • Once the reviews are posted, the participant must send a screenshot of them, and they will be automatically entered into the draw for the corresponding month.

5. Winner Selection

  • A draw is held every three months to select the winner.

  • The winner is chosen randomly from all eligible participants.

6. Prize

  • The winner of the draw will have their order reimbursed up to €300 including VAT.

  • The reimbursement is limited to one order per participant per draw period.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, another winner will be drawn.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

  • By participating in the contest, participants agree to all the terms and conditions.

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Data Protection

  • The personal information collected for the contest will be used solely for the purposes of the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Disputes

  • Any dispute related to the contest will be settled by the organizer, whose decisions are final and binding.

11. Exclusion

  • The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who attempts to cheat.
